Commercial Bank of Ceylon Bangladesh launches new corporate banking facility
The Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC's Bangladesh Operations has inaugurated a new corporate banking department at its head office in Gulshan 2, according to a press release.
The bank said the new technology-enabled facility is designed to enhance operational efficiency and provide advanced financial solutions for corporate clients.
Najith Meewanage, CEO of Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC Bangladesh Operations, inaugurated the facility at a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Also present were Haily Algewatte, Deputy CEO and Chief Operating Officer; Mahmud Hossain, Deputy CEO and Head of Corporate Banking; Samantha Ratnayaka, Chief Risk and Investment Strategy Officer; Fatema Zohora, Senior Assistant General Manager (Corporate Banking); and other members of the management committee and department heads.
