Amari Dhaka rolls out Mughlai-themed iftar, suhoor offers for Ramadan
Amari Dhaka has announced a Mughlai-themed Ramadan offering featuring iftar, suhoor, takeaway options, and traditional haleem and jalebi, according to a press release.
Visiting chefs have joined Amari Dhaka's culinary team to present dishes inspired by Mughal-era cuisine. The Mughlai-style iftar and dinner buffet will be available daily throughout Ramadan, while the suhoor buffet will be served every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
At Amaya Food Gallery on the 13th floor, Amari Dhaka will serve a selection of Mughlai dishes and kebabs, alongside international items. Signature dishes include dum biryani, Mughlai paratha, murgh musallam, and a range of curries and desserts (mithai). Indian chefs will also prepare kebabs such as galouti kebab, murgh malai kebab, seekh kebab, dahi ke kebab, nargisi kofta, and lukhmi.
For guests preferring to dine at home, takeaway iftar boxes will be available for pick-up from Cascade Restaurant (lobby level). Guests can choose an Arabian platter or platinum, gold, and silver boxes, starting from Tk3,999 net, with each box curated to serve two people.
An iftar followed by dinner is priced at Tk8,999 net, with an "eat four, pay one" offer on selected cards at Amaya Food Gallery. The suhoor buffet is priced at Tk5,999 net, with an "eat three, pay one" offer on selected cards. Eid getaway room packages start from Tk7,999 net, and corporate and social iftar packages are available from Tk2,899 net per person.
Saffron reshmi jalebi and gurer jalebi will be available at Tk2,899 per kg, and haleem at Tk1,899 per kg during Ramadan.
