Premier Bank, HAAB discuss modernising financial services for Hajj pilgrims
Premier Bank PLC met with members of the Hajj Agencies Association of Bangladesh (HAAB) at a Dhaka hotel to discuss improving Hajj services, modernising financial services, and expanding business cooperation.

Premier Bank Chairman Dr Arifur Rahman attended the event as chief guest, while Managing Director Md Monzur Mofiz chaired the meeting.
HAAB President Syed Golam Sarwar and Secretary General Farid Ahmed Majumder attended as special guests.
Speaking at the event, Arifur reaffirmed the bank's commitment to high-quality banking services for Hajj pilgrims and to long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with Hajj agencies.
Monzur highlighted the bank's dedicated services for Hajj pilgrims, including the Premier Hajj Card, digital banking solutions, online payment gateway services, IBAN facilities, and other modern banking services.
Farid and Sarwar praised Premier Bank's contributions and achievements in providing Hajj-related financial services.
They emphasised the importance of strengthening collaboration between the bank and Hajj agencies to make financial services more accessible, transparent, and efficient for pilgrims.
The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to strengthen cooperation and use innovative financial solutions to improve the overall Hajj service experience in Bangladesh.
