ICB hosts innovation showcase, honours top innovative idea
Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB) hosted a programme titled "Innovation Showcasing and Selection of Best Innovative Initiative" at its head office on 29 July 2025. The event featured participation from ICB and its three subsidiary companies, showcasing a range of innovative ideas aimed at enhancing organisational efficiency and service delivery.
Among the presentations, the idea proposed by ICB Asset Management PLC regarding the payment of investors' unpaid dividends was selected as the Best Innovative Initiative. The programme was presided over by Niranjan Chandra Debnath, Managing Director of ICB.
Md. Ahsan Kabir, Additional Secretary of the Financial Institutions Division, Ministry of Finance, attended as the Chief Guest. Farida Yasmin, Joint Secretary of the Financial Institutions Division, and Md. Nurul Huda, Deputy Managing Director of ICB, were present as Special Guests. The event was also attended by the Chief Executive Officers of ICB's three subsidiary companies and the General Managers of ICB.
