ICB shareholders’ AGM ends without dividend approval
The 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders of the Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB) was held on Saturday, 13 December 2025, at 10:30am through a digital platform.
The AGM did not approve any dividend for the financial year ended 30 June 2025.
Professor Abu Ahmed, chairman of the board of directors of ICB, presided over the meeting. The managing director and other members of the board were also present.
