Community Bank Investment Limited collaborates with Khushi Composite on BDT 200 crore project

Community Bank Investment Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of Community Bank Bangladesh PLC, has entered into a significant partnership with Khushi Composite Limited by signing a Memorandum of Understanding to provide corporate advisory services for a BDT 200 crore syndication financing initiative.

The agreement was formalised by Mr. Mohammed Khourshid Alam, Managing Director of Khushi Composite Limited. Representing Community Bank Bangladesh PLC and its subsidiary Community Bank Investment Limited at the signing were Mr. Kimiwa Saddat, Managing Director (Current Charge) of Community Bank Bangladesh PLC; Dr. Md. Ariful Islam, Head of Corporate Banking and Head of Business (Branch); Mr. Md. Mamun ur Rahman, Head of ADC and Head of MD's Coordination Team; Mr. Shibly Amran, CEO of Community Bank Investment Limited; and Mr. Rahat-Ul-Amin, Head of Portfolio at Community Bank Investment Limited.

This collaboration underscores Community Bank's ongoing commitment to fostering growth and innovation through strategic partnerships, signalling a forward-thinking approach that will support sustainable development and corporate progress in the days ahead.
