BRAC Bank Tara partners with neeramoy for digital healthcare benefits
BRAC Bank has partnered with Neeramoy Digital Services Limited to offer a suite of exclusive digital healthcare benefits at a lower cost for its TARA women customers, reinforcing the programme's mission to enhance women's well-being through meaningful, technology-enabled solutions.
Under the collaboration, BRAC Bank TARA debit and credit cardholders will receive discounted medicine delivery, diagnostic services, caregiver assistance, and physiotherapy through Neeramoy's digital platform. Customers can request services and make payments directly through the Neeramoy app and website, ensuring a convenient and accessible healthcare experience for women with busy, on-the-move lifestyles.
In an expanded range of support, TARA customers and their families will receive complimentary instant mental health assistance with no convenience charges. They will also enjoy free 24/7 live doctor consultations for the first two months, followed by preferential rates — a service designed to make quality healthcare easily accessible through digital channels.
Mahiul Islam, deputy managing director and head of retail banking at BRAC Bank, said: "BRAC Bank TARA strives to add real value to the lives of women customers. This partnership with Neeramoy will enable them to access essential healthcare services more easily and at lower cost. We believe such collaborations contribute to improving women's overall well-being, which is central to building an empowered society."
Through this initiative, BRAC Bank TARA strengthens its commitment to women's financial and personal resilience, bridging the link between economic independence and holistic health, and promoting a future where every woman has a trusted digital pathway to care.
