High Court orders to release 121 minors
The court also ordered immediate release of children below 12-year-old and six-month bail to the children between 12 to 18-year-old.
The High court today ordered to release 121 children, under 18-year-old, detained by the mobile court.
A bench of justices Sheikh Hasan Arif and Md Mahmudur Hasan Talukdar passed the suo-moto order following a news of national daily.
The court also ordered immediate release of children below 12-year-old and six-month bail to the children between 12 to 18-year-old.

"Mobile courts have no rights to punish the minors. If minors commit any crime, they should be sent to the child court," the court added.
The apex court has also asked to submit the documents of the cases, in which the children were punished
