Elephant road RMG factory fire doused
Two units of fire service went there and brought the fire under control around 1:25 pm.

A fire that broke out at a readymade garment factory at Elephant road in the capital on Thursday afternoon, was doused without causing any major damage.
"The fire broke out around 1:05pm at Ananta garments during construction work. The fire originated from a wielding machine and later spread to a sack," said fire service duty officer Rasel Shikder.
"Two units of fire service went there and brought the fire under control around 1:25 pm. Some constructional equipment was damaged by the fire," he added.
