Afghanistan to host Bangladesh after Asia Cup
The series will comprise three One Day Internationals (ODIs) and three Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is).

The Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) is set to host Bangladesh for a white-ball series in October, shortly after the conclusion of the Asia Cup.
The series will comprise three One Day Internationals (ODIs) and three Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is).
Bangladesh will begin the tour with the T20I leg, starting on 2 October, with the remaining two matches scheduled for 4 and 6 October, respectively. The T20Is will be followed by the ODI series, set to take place on 9, 11 and 14 October.
The ACB has yet to announce the venues for the matches.
Expressing his enthusiasm for the upcoming series, ACB Chief Executive Officer Naseeb Khan stated: "We are proud to host the series against Bangladesh. This tour reflects the strength of our mutual relations and reminds us of our commitment to delivering world-class cricket, even at neutral venues."
The series will follow the Asia Cup, which is also scheduled to take place in the UAE from 9 to 28 September.
Afghanistan and Bangladesh have been drawn in Group B for the tournament, alongside Sri Lanka and Hong Kong.
Last year, Afghanistan hosted Bangladesh in a three-match ODI series in Sharjah, which they won 2-1.
Although both teams have already secured qualification for the T20 World Cup, set to be held in India and Sri Lanka next year, the T20I series will have little bearing on the rankings.
However, the ODI series carries significant importance, particularly in terms of qualification for the 2027 World Cup in Africa.
