Golam Rabbani made secretary of Law and Justice Division

The Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs issued a notification in this regard today (8 September)

Md Golam Rabbani, joint secretary of the Law and Justice Division, has been appointed as the new secretary of the division.

The Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs issued a notification in this regard today (8 September).

The notification stated that in line with the approval of the concerned authority, the order has been issued.

The order was issued in the public interest and will come into effect immediately, it added. 

On 1 July, Golam Rabbani, former registrar general of the Supreme Court, was transferred and appointed as the District and Sessions Judge of Chattogram. 

Subsequently, after the fall of the Sheikh Hasina-led government and the formation of an interim government, he was promoted to the position of joint secretary of the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs.
