Prime Bank signs payroll banking deal with Agni Systems
Prime Bank PLC has entered into a payroll banking agreement with Agni Systems PLC, one of Bangladesh's leading internet service providers and technology firms, to provide comprehensive payroll banking solutions.
The agreement was formalised at a ceremony held at Prime Bank's corporate office in Dhaka.
Through this partnership, Agni Systems PLC employees will have access to exclusive payroll banking facilities, including salary accounts with competitive rates, dual-currency debit cards with fee waivers and lifestyle benefits, bespoke loan and credit card solutions, and an extensive suite of consumer banking products and services on preferential terms.

Employees will also benefit from PrimePay, the bank's omni-digital platform, which facilitates seamless, automated salary disbursement alongside 24/7 corporate payment solutions.
Prime Bank Additional Managing Director M Nazeem A Choudhury and Agni Systems Managing Director Md Mohammed Abdus Salam signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.
The event was also attended by Prime Bank Senior Executive Vice-President and Head of Distribution Network Mamur Ahmed, Senior Vice-President of Commercial Banking Mehedi Zaman Khan, and Vice-President and Head of Payroll Banking Hasina Fardous.
From Agni Systems, Director Zia Shamsi, Chief Financial Officer Md Shaiful Islam FCA, Head of Human Resources Dulan K Ukil, and Company Secretary Al Helal Md Moudud Ahammed FCS were present.
Other senior officials from both organisations were also in attendance.
