Concord seven heights set to redefine residential living in Bashundhara

Concord Real Estate Limited has officially started construction on Concord Seven Heights.

It is a premier residential development that will raise the standard of urban living in the Bashundhara Residential Area, one of the most prestigious neighbourhoods in Dhaka. The groundbreaking ceremony marked the start of construction, with the presence of the landowners, clients and Concord officials.

The project is located at Block K, 7th Avenue, Bashundhara R/A. It spans several plots, combining a total land area of 35 Kathas and 72 spacious apartments. The building will have direct road access on three sides, ensuring open views, easy movement, and strong connectivity. The size of the development creates a large, vibrant residential community. It allows Concord to provide a full range of shared amenities that improve family life and meet all the needs of modern urban living. Every essential feature for secure, comfortable, and luxurious community living will be integrated into the project, ensuring a complete lifestyle experience for all residents.

Concord Seven Heights is designed to include all the modern features for a luxury lifestyle. The development will feature a grand reception and lobby with hotel-style interior finishes. The building will have four international-standard high-speed lifts. There will be a basement car park with a ventilation system. Residents' security will be ensured through round-the-clock security and a state-of-the-art fire safety system. The building will also have a full-load backup generator to provide continuous power.

This residence is planned for modern families. It includes a rooftop garden, infinity pool, party lounge, and a fully equipped gym. Children will have a dedicated play area surrounded by landscaped open space. Home automation will be available for those who prefer smart living. Utility and service zones will be placed separately to help smooth daily life.

Concord brings to this project a legacy of over five decades through innovation, sustainability, and landmark developments. They are a leader in Bangladesh's real estate industry and were the first to introduce green construction practices in Bangladesh.

All their projects are constructed with eco-friendly concrete and non-polluting bricks. They have handed over more than 10,000 units across the country. The company is known for developing some of the nation's most well-known residential, commercial and landmark projects. With this recent addition, the company continues to shape the future of urban living by following strong values and modern ideas.
