University of Scholars hosts convocation 2025

University of Scholars proudly hosted a gorgeous convocation ceremony at Senaprangon, Dhaka Cantonment, marking a significant milestone in its academic journey.
Over 2,000 students graduated from the ceremony.
The event commenced with the arrival of distinguished guests, faculty members, students, and more than a hundred corporate industrialists. It was followed by a grand procession led by the Convocation President, Honourable Advisor Syeda Rizwana Hasan, and Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Enamul Basher. The program included inspiring speeches, award presentations, and the formal conferral of degrees. Mr. Azam J Chowdhury, Chairman of East Coast Group, was present as the Convocation Speaker for this ceremony.
Thirty-five outstanding graduates from 21 different batches were honoured with the prestigious Chancellor Gold Medals for their exceptional academic performance.
Addressing the graduating class, Convocation President Honourable Advisor Syeda Rizwana Hasan stated, "This is not just the culmination of your academic journey but the beginning of your contributions to society. Use your knowledge with integrity and commitment to make a difference in the world."
Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Enamul Basher expressed his pride in the graduates, saying, "Our students have shown remarkable dedication and perseverance. Today, as they step into the professional world, we trust that they will uphold the values of excellence and ethics that this university instils."
Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Admiral Muhammad Farid Habib (RETD.), also shared his thoughts, saying, "The success of our graduates reflects the commitment of the University of Scholars to nurturing talent and ingenuity. We believe they will go on to achieve great things and contribute meaningfully to their fields and communities."
The Special Assistant (State Minister Status), Ministry of Education, Professor Dr M Aminul Islam, also expressed himself through an insightful speech—a rousing presentation by the Vice Chairman of BOT, Mr Md. Ariful Hoque Shuhan showcased the impact and excellence that the University of Scholars graduates can contribute to society.
The ceremony concluded with the Vice-Chancellor's closing declaration, followed by a celebratory lunch and an afternoon session featuring speeches from top graduates and special awards.
