Tropical Homes celebrates 30th anniversary

Tropical Homes, one of the country's leading real estate companies, has celebrated the milestone of its glorious 30-year journey. Alongside this, the company unveiled Bangladesh's Bangladesh's first 45-storey commercial tower at a grand event held in the ballroom of the five-star hotel Pan Pacific Sonargaon, Dhaka.

From the beginning, Tropical Homes has been committed to delivering quality, sustainable, modern architecture. The unveiling of the 45-storey TA Tower is a testament to that commitment, marking another significant achievement in the company's journey.

The event was graced by distinguished figures from the real estate sector, prominent personalities from the banking sector and corporate industries, high officials, valued clients & landowners, and media personnel. Mr. Tanveer Reza, Chairman and Mr. Sheikh Rabiul Haque, Managing Director of Tropical Homes, shared the company's visions and upcoming ventures through their speeches during the event. The event was also attended by the Chairman of the Capital Development Authority (RAJUK), Md Siddiqur Rahman Sarker, and the President of the Real Estate Business Association (REHAB), Md. Wahiduzzaman. Other senior officials and key company personnel were also present at the time.

Tropical Homes' latest project, TA Tower, will be a remarkable example of modern architecture. It will feature an international-standard hospital, a luxury boutique hotel, a conference hall, a community hall, restaurants, a mosque, an indoor gaming zone, a swimming pool, a coffee corner, a city view corner, and a helipad on the roof. Additionally, there will be separate gym facilities for men & women, a steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, parlour, and salon.

The tower will include a well-decorated play area, a 3D movie theatre, and a VR room for children. The building will have modern fire-fighting systems, 24/7 CCTV surveillance, and a central security system to ensure safety.

Guests at the event remarked that Tropical Homes' achievement marks the dawn of a new era in Bangladesh's real estate sector. The celebration concluded with a captivating cultural performance followed by a gala dinner.
