Al-Arafah Islami Bank holds 451st board meeting
The 451st board meeting of Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC was held on Sunday, 25 January, 2026, at the bank's head office in Dhaka.
The meeting was presided over by Khwaja Shahriar, chairman of the board of directors. During the meeting, the bank's overall business performance was reviewed and several policy decisions were taken.
Directors Md Shahin Ul Islam, Md Abdul Wadud, Professor Dr Mohammed Abu Eusuf and Mohammad Asraful Hassan, FCA, attended the meeting.
