Labour leaders step down one by one, demanding Starmer's resignation
UK Prime Minister and Labour Party leader Keir Starmer is facing an existential crisis within his own party. The demands for his resignation have grown stronger since the party's defeat in last week's local elections. In this situation, four parliamentary private secretaries (PPS) resigned on May 12. At least 70 Labour Party members in the House of Commons have also demanded his resignation. This has increased the pressure on Starmer.
