Prime Bank appoints Nayamul Hoque FCS as company secretary
Prime Bank PLC has appointed Mr Nayamul Hoque, FCS, as its Company Secretary, the bank announced recently.
Mr Hoque has been with Prime Bank since 2023 in the Board Secretary and Corporate Affairs Division. Before joining Prime Bank, he was Company Secretary at ACI Formulations PLC.
With over 17 years' experience in reputed organisations including LankaBangla Securities Limited, UCB Capital Management Limited and ACI PLC, Mr Hoque brings strong expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance and legal affairs.

He is a Fellow Chartered Secretary (FCS) and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.
