Honor mobile begins local manufacturing of ai devices in Bangladesh
Global AI device ecosystem company HONOR is set to begin local manufacturing in Bangladesh after signing an agreement with Smart Technologies (BD) Ltd.
The partnership will establish a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in the country, boosting local capabilities and expanding access to advanced mobile technology for Bangladeshi consumers.
The agreement was signed by George Zhao, president of HONOR South East Asia, and Md Jahirul Islam, managing director of Smart Technologies (BD) Ltd. The new factory will be built at Smart Hi-Tech Park in Kaliakair. With this initiative, HONOR devices will soon carry the "Made in Bangladesh" label, combining global innovation with local manufacturing strength.
George Zhao said, "Bangladesh is an exciting and rapidly growing market.
