Haier expands after-sales service with new centres nationwide
Haier Bangladesh has introduced a 24/7 customer call centre and significantly expanded its after-sales service network by adding seventeen exclusive service centres and seven direct service centres across the country.
The initiative ensures uninterrupted customer support, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and aims to improve response times and service quality for Haier customers nationwide. According to the company, the move sets a new benchmark for customer care in Bangladesh's electronics industry by offering round-the-clock assistance through a structured and expanded service infrastructure.
With the addition of new service centres, Haier Bangladesh said it will be able to deliver more standardised and reliable technical support in key regions, further strengthening its after-sales service capabilities and customer experience.
Wang Xiangjing, Deputy Managing Director of Haier Bangladesh, and Fazlul Haque, Head of Service, were present at the launch event.
Speaking at the ceremony, Wang Xiangjing said customer satisfaction remains central to Haier's global vision. He stated that the introduction of a 24/7 call centre, alongside the expansion of the service network, is aimed at providing faster, more reliable, and more convenient service to customers across Bangladesh.
Haier Bangladesh said the initiative reflects its continued focus on enhancing customer experience and strengthening nationwide service support as part of its long-term commitment to the local market.
