The winning solution uses real-time intelligence and automation to streamline transaction profiling, replacing manual processes with a robust digital framework. The system enhances customer segmentation, minimises operational risk, and ensures faster and more accurate compliance with financial regulations.

"This recognition affirms our unwavering commitment to innovation, agility and customer-centricity," said Tareq Refat Ullah Khan, Managing Director and CEO (Current Charge) of BRAC Bank. "The success of this initiative lies in the synergy of technology, governance and people—driving transformation with real impact."

Sajit Vijayakumar, Chief Executive Officer and Global Head of Infosys Finacle praised the winners: "In an era defined by disruption and reinvention, the pursuit of innovation has become central to progress in banking. The Infosys Finacle Innovation Awards celebrate institutions shaping the future of finance with bold ideas and lasting impact."

The transaction profiling solution is a key component of BRAC Bank's broader strategy to become a future-ready, tech-enabled financial institution. By automating critical compliance workflows and enhancing risk analytics, the bank is strengthening customer trust and laying a resilient foundation for long-term growth.

This global accolade positions BRAC Bank among the top innovators in international banking, further strengthening its commitment to delivering secure, intelligent, and sustainable financial services to its customers and stakeholders.
