Banglalink celebrates 20 years with tributes to loyal customers

Banglalink, one of the country's leading digital operators, has marked its 20th anniversary with a series of initiatives celebrating the enduring trust and loyalty of its customers.

Over the past two decades, the operator has played a vital role in bridging the digital divide and enhancing user experience through customer-focused innovation.

As part of the celebrations, Banglalink honoured its oldest customers—those who have been with the network since day one—by taking them and their loved ones on a memorable getaway to Cox's Bazar, home to the world's longest sea beach. There, they shared stories and memories with members of Banglalink's leadership team, which became a heartfelt tribute to a long-standing relationship built on trust and connection.

The brand's appreciation campaign extended beyond the getaway. Banglalink employees personally called long-time customers, thanking them for their loyalty and listening to their experiences. Select customers were also surprised with in-person visits and exclusive events, where they were presented with tokens of appreciation and invited to share their journey with the brand. Senior executives were directly involved, reinforcing the company's customer-first approach.

Speaking on the milestone, Taimur Rahman, Chief Corporate and Regulatory Affairs Officer at Banglalink, said:

"The customer is at the heart of everything we do. Banglalink's two-decade journey is a reflection of our customers' loyalty, trust, and the future we are building together. This milestone marks not just our growth, but a shared story of progress and possibility."

He added, "As digital connectivity becomes increasingly vital, we remain focused on delivering innovative services, seamless experiences, and a best-in-class digital portfolio that empowers our customers in every aspect of their lives."

With this anniversary, Banglalink reaffirmed its ambition to continue serving as a trusted partner in Bangladesh's digital transformation, while championing inclusive and accessible technology for all.
