416th board meeting of Al-Arafah Islami Bank held

The 416th Board meeting of Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC was held on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. Khwaja Shahriar, chairman of the Board of Directors, presided over the meeting. 

The meeting was attended by the Bank's directors, Md Shahin Ul Islam, Md Abdul Wadud, Mohammad Asraful Hassan FCA, Managing Director and CEO Farman R. Chowdhury, Additional Managing Director Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan, and Senior Bank executives.

Bangladesh Bank Director Khaled Mahbub Morshed, Additional Director Mridha Nabi Hossain, Joint Director Shikder Abul Bashar, and Assistant Director Hasib Ahmed were also present at the meeting.
