Minister Iqbal Hassan admitted to Ibrahim Cardiac Hospital

He was taken to the hospital’s emergency department around 10:30pm.

Power, Energy, and Mineral Resources Minister Iqbal Hassan Mahmood has been admitted to the coronary care unit (CCU) of Ibrahim Cardiac Hospital and Research Institute in Dhaka.

He was taken to the hospital's emergency department around 10:30pm today (1 September) and was later admitted to the CCU, Tanvir Hossain, a cash account officer at the hospital, confirmed to The Business Standard.

Further details about his condition were not immediately available.
