A retired healthcare worker died at Satkhira Medical College Hospital with coronavirus symptoms on Wednesday morning.
Amjad Hossain, 65, died at 10:00 am on Wednesday in the isolation unit of the hospital.
"He was admitted on Tuesday afternoon with fever, cough and breathing problem," said Bhobotosh Kumar Mondol, a medical officer at the hospital.

Amjad hailed from Ishwaripur village of Satkhira's Shyamnagar upazila.
His samples were collected for Covid-19 test after his death.
