Admission test held at Buet

The admission test of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (Buet) for 2019- 2020 academic session was held today.

This year almost 12 students are fighting for a seat as a total of 12,000 admission seekers have been selected for the test for 1060 seats only.

Earlier, 25000 students applied to take part in the exam but the Buet authorities selected 12000 for the final test.

The admission test was uncertain for the protest movement against the killing of a second-year student Abrar Fahad by the leaders and activists of Bangladesh Chhatra League, Buet unit.
