Rifat murder: Arrestees sent to jail for trial
The court fixed November 20 for next hearing

A Barguna court today sent adult arrestees in sensational Barguna's Rifat Sharif murder case to jail for trial.
Justice at the Barguna Senior Judicial Magistrate Court Mohammad Sirajul Islam Gazi passed the order while Barguna Children's Court judge Md Hafizur Rahman sent the juvenile convict Arian Hossain Shrabon to Juvenile Correction Centre after rejecting his bail plea on the same day.
The court fixed November 20 for next hearing.
The charge sheet, prepared for the adults' trial, sent to Barguna District and Sessions Judge's Court.

The court also gave permission to another convict Kamrul Hasan Saimon to sit for honours examination, said plaintiff's lawyer Majibul Huq Kislu.
On June 26, Rifat was hacked to death in front of her wife Ayesha Siddika Minni in broad daylight in Barguna. The incident was recorded on surveillance camera.
The police on August 1, submitted two separate charge sheets before the court, in connection with the case. In one of the charge-sheets 14 juveniles were made accused, while in the other, 10 adults were made accused.
However, one accused Musa is still fugitive.
