During the construction of its housing projects, one of the renowned real estate companies, CPDL began incorporating children's zones into apartment complexes. These areas quickly became lively hubs where children spent hours playing, bringing energy and joy to the housing projects. Recognising the need for recreational spaces for children, CPDL took a bold step in 2019 by launching Chattogram's first-ever indoor park, Boo Boo World-Social Club for kids, located in the Jamal Khan area.

A magical escape for children and families

Step into Boo Boo World, where adventure and excitement greet you at every turn! Situated on the 4th and 5th floors of CPDL J M Levante in Jamal Khan &,5th Floor of MKH Tower at Halishahar, this vibrant entertainment hub is a dream destination for children and teenagers alike. Since its inception, the park has become a beacon of joy, welcoming thousands of visitors daily.

Iftekhar Hosen, president of CPDL Family and Founder of Boo Boo World, shared with The Business Standard, "At CPDL, we strive to address basic human needs and create inclusive solutions. In Urban areas, where land is scarce, recreational spaces for children are often overlooked. With Boo Boo World, we aimed to create a space where children could socialize, build confidence, and develop skills through play and interaction, preparing them for the challenges of the future."

Packed with more than 40 indoor games and rides, Boo Boo World offers something special for everyone. From thrilling virtual reality games to challenging puzzle rooms, children and adults alike will find their perfect activity.

Refuel at Fun n Dine

All the fun at Boo Boo World is bound to make you hungry, and that's where the Fun n Dine restaurant comes in. Offering everything from mouth-watering pizzas to refreshing juices, this cosy eatery is perfect for a quick break or a full meal.

With a capacity to host 150 people, it's also an ideal venue for class parties, birthdays, iftars and other celebrations. For a more private affair, a dedicated party room is available.

Memories to take home

Before leaving, don't forget to visit the Toyporium, a treasure trove of souvenirs and gifts. From cuddly plush toys to model cars and bikes, there's something for everyone to cherish as a memento of their time at Boo Boo World.

Engaging events year-round

The fun doesn't stop at rides and games. Boo Boo World organizes events like art and craft festivals, storytelling sessions about the Liberation War, movie screenings, and magic shows throughout the year, ensuring there's always something new to enjoy.

Iftekhar Hosen explained the vision behind the project saying, "While adults have clubs for socialisation, we realised that children also need spaces to connect beyond school. This idea led to the creation of a 'Social Club for Kids,' where they can learn to socialize, grow, and have fun in a safe environment."

Safety is a top priority at Boo Boo World. Trained staff ensure that every game and activity is secure and comfortable. Many parents even leave their children at the park to run errands, confident in the care provided.

So, gather your loved ones and head to Boo Boo World for a day filled with joy, excitement and unforgettable memories!
