Bangladesh fall short by one run in super over thriller
West Indies win a thrilling super over to make the series level.

Bangladesh sent their regular openers Soumya Sarkar and Saif Hasan to chase a target of 11 runs, while West Indies handed the ball to Akeal Hosein.
Akeal's first delivery of the over was a wide. Soumya slogged the next one for two runs, but then the third umpire declared it a no-ball. That left Bangladesh needing seven runs from six balls.
Soumya couldn't make the most of the free hit and managed only a single. Saif added another run from the next two deliveries.
That left Bangladesh needing five runs from three balls. Soumya was caught at square leg on the fourth delivery. Shanto couldn't connect well on the fifth, but an extra run came from that ball. With four required off the last delivery, Akeal bowled another wide, but Bangladesh couldn't capitalise. Saif took just a single off the final ball, and Bangladesh lost by one run.
Earlier, Mustafizur Rahman bowled the super over for Bangladesh, conceding 10 runs. After giving away only six runs in the first five balls, he was hit for a boundary off the last delivery as Shai Hope's edge found the rope. With this win, West Indies levelled the series 1–1.
