Real Capita, a well-known company in the country, is moving fast towards the solution of exceptional real estate said Managing Director and CEO of Real Capita Muhammad Arifuzzaman.

He was speaking while celebrating the anniversary of the Real Capita Group family on the 1st of November, in an informal ceremony at the corporate sales office in the capital.

At this time, the MD said that a good number of people are taking loans only to get the tax benefit. He said the bank's exposure was good before the economic meltdown due to global pandemic situation of covid-19 but things are improving and we are moving cautiously.

"We are investing considering projects, locations and balance sheets of the clients," he added.

The increased investments also had a positive impact on the trading of business, giving the much-needed respite for the industry insiders.

On the occasion of the anniversary of Real Capital, the head of the company further said that the real estate sector of Bangladesh is much more sensitive than other sectors of the country. Because this sector is still developing.

Muhammad Arifuzzaman added that economic instability, politics and political instability, generational change, and population are playing a key role in creating new challenges or exacerbating existing problems.

The young and energetic entrepreneur feels that solving the problems in the real estate sector is not an easy task and more attention needs to be paid to these problems or challenges.

Chairman of Real Capita Group Alhaz Mohammad Anwar Hossain, Managing Director and CEO and Mohammad Arifuzzaman and Deputy Managing Director Manjur Ahmed Sohan and other directors inaugurated the month-long anniversary programme.

The RCG Housing Expo will continue from 10 am to 8 pm at Gulshan-1 Corporate and Sales Office from November 1 to November 30.
