Entertaining and definitely binge worthy! This is what my thoughts were while I was watching Netflix's six-episode series 'Masaba Masaba.'

Directed by Sonam Nair and produced by Ashvini Yardi's Viniyard Films, the series is a  fictionalised version of fashion mogul Masaba

Gupta's and her mother Neena Gupta's life. The film takes few incidents from her personal life to make the film entertaining for the audience.

'Masaba Masaba' deals with how the fashion mogul handles life after divorce and her struggles to create a new fashion life, amidst total chaos in her personal life.

Hilarious cameos by celebrities

Starting from Kiara Advani to Farah Khan, everyone delivers a commendable job at making us laugh. Kiara Advani plays the role of a snobbish celeb who goes to Masaba for a customize wardrobe for her Swachh Bharat campaign.

Kiara posing in front of a mirror with her half slighted dress and a broomstick on her hand will surely make you laugh at her comic timing.

Farah Khan plays the role of a director who puts her head over the cut out of Katrina Kaif's "Chikni Chameli" poster in her thirst to lose weight.

The scene will surely make you laugh. The actor trying to make the female-centric remake of Shaukeen with Vicky Kaushal as the object of lust makes this scene one of the funniest parts of the series. Although, she offers one of the 'nymphomaniac' older women to Neena Gupta but then Farah's character eventually cast herself in that role.

Hot suitors vying for Masaba's attention

Interesting fact about the series is that the actor playing Masaba's ex-husband is actually her current boyfriend in real life. Satyadeep Mishra who plays the character of Vinay, Masaba's estranged husband –delivers a raw but honest acting of being an ex-husband, who despite leaving Masaba wants to share a friendly relationship with her.

The series puts together two gorgeous men as suitors for Masaba's heart. First is Neil Bhoopalam who essays the role of Dhairya Rana, an investor in Masaba's fashion line and the second is Jogi played by Smaran Sahu who is Masaba's ex-lover and current designer who is working with her to co-create the new fashion line.

Masaba is torn between her passionate intimacy with her ex-partner, Jogi and her new found attraction to Dhairya Rana with whom she has a love-hate relationship.

Neena Gupta's spectacular acting

In the film Neena Gupta plays the role of a 60- year -old actor who is wnats to make it big in Bollywood by wanting to play lead roles- is the biggest attraction in the series. Neena Gupta's old pictures in the monologue of the series theme song is something that will stay afresh in your heart. Neena Gupta's dance moves in "Aunty Kisko Bola Bey" with Little things actress Mithila Palker is something to look out for.

There is also a scene which talks about Neena Gupta getting the role of a pregnant mother in her latest movie "Badhaai Ho" which was super hit at the box office.

Witty dialogues, entertaining scenes and power pact performance by all the actors made it a binge worth series for everyone.

Masaba's little version played by an adorable child literally steals the show. The change between her older version to younger version makes it the most adorable part of the series. Masaba Gupta is a talented fashion artist for sure but with her amicable expressions and her grounded acting- she can surely pave the ways into the acting industry, with more such movies and series.
