Asiatic 3sixty launches platform for women employees
Asiatic 3sixty has launched "Her aSHEatic Circle", a platform dedicated to supporting the creative and professional growth of its women employees.
The launch event was held on Monday, 15 June, 2026, at Batighar Art Space in Banani, Dhaka, bringing together employees, leaders and creative professionals for discussions, performances and networking.
The event featured interactive networking activities, an audio-visual storytelling session on the platform's journey and aspirations, and performances by female employees showcasing creative talent within the company.
According to Asiatic 3sixty, the initiative has been designed to support year-round growth through skill-sharing, career development, creativity, exchange of lifestyle ideas, and discussions on work-life balance and lived experiences.
The platform will also focus on employee wellbeing and policy awareness through planned sessions on legal rights, financial literacy and mental health support, alongside conversations on workplace equity and challenges faced by women professionals.
Speaking about the initiative, Sriya Sharbojoya, Deputy Managing Director, Asiatic 3sixty, said, "What we are building here is more than just a networking platform. It's a community where women feel empowered to share their stories and grow alongside their peers, whether she is a current or a former colleague."
The platform will use both digital and offline forums to ensure sustained interaction and participation throughout the year.
Asiatic 3sixty said inclusiveness is a key part of the initiative, with plans to strengthen communication between current and former employees to preserve a sense of community.
