Realme unveils P4 Power 5G with 10,001mAh battery
Realme has globally unveiled the realme P4 Power 5G, introducing what the company says is the world's first mass-produced 10,001mAh battery, marking a major development in smartphone battery technology.
The launch signals the industry's entry into the 10,000mAh battery era, with realme positioning the device as a response to persistent battery anxiety among users, particularly young consumers who rely heavily on smartphones throughout the day.
In a digital environment characterised by extended screen time, commuting, streaming and power disruptions, standard 5,000mAh batteries often fall short. realme said the new device offers multi-day endurance, reducing dependence on external power banks.
The 10,001mAh Titan Battery is built using silicon-carbon anode technology, allowing the phone to maintain a relatively slim 9.08mm profile and a weight of 219 grams despite its high capacity. According to the company, the battery has received TÜV five-star battery safety certification and is designed to operate within a temperature range of –30°C to 56°C.
realme said the battery is engineered for long-term durability, retaining more than 80 per cent battery health after up to eight years of use, supported by intelligent charging management.
The device supports 80-watt fast charging and introduces 27-watt reverse charging, enabling users to charge other devices. Beyond battery performance, the smartphone is powered by the Dimensity 7400 Ultra 5G chipset and features a 144Hz HyperGlow 4D Curve⁺ AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 6,500 nits.
The realme P4 Power 5G also debuts a 'Visible Power' design, available in Flash Orange and Power Silver, incorporating a transparent section that reveals internal circuitry. The device includes IP69-grade protection and ArmorShell durability, aimed at enhanced resistance to environmental and physical stress.
realme said further details on the technology and its market rollout would be shared through the company's official channels.
