Interior, furniture and signage expo begins at ICCB Bashundhara Expo Village
The exhibition will remain open to visitors from 10:30am to 8pm daily
A three-day event titled "Interior–Furniture–Signage Technology Expo 2025" has begun at Bashundhara Expo Village in Dhaka.
The exhibition, organised by F Touch Events Limited, was inaugurated on Thursday (16 October) by Professor Dr M Masud Ur Rashid, general secretary of the Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB), reads a press release.
Also present at the inaugural ceremony were M M Jashim Uddin, chief operating officer (COO) of Bashundhara Convention Center; Mohammad Ali Bhuiyan, president of the Bangladesh Interior Design Company Owners Association (BIDCOA), and other members of the organisation.
Speaking as the chief guest, Professor Dr M Masud Ur Rashid said the Interior–Furniture–Signage Technology Expo is creating new entrepreneurs.
He noted that the products displayed at the fair are being effectively utilized by architects in their professional work.
The expo, he said, has generated significant interest among architecture professionals and new entrepreneurs, helping them enhance their skills and creativity.
Mohammad Ali Bhuiyan, president of BIDCOA, said that the more expos are organised, the more beneficial it will be for all stakeholders.
He expressed hope that participants will be able to better serve customers in line with their evolving tastes.
Naeemul Hossain Khan, managing director and CEO of Wood Tech Solutions, remarked that the second Furnitech Expo 2025 will open a new horizon for the woodworking and furniture sectors.
According to the organisers, the exhibition brings together interior materials, furniture components, and signage technologies, featuring around 200 stalls from 50 companies across 9 countries.
Participating local and international companies are displaying their latest products and technologies, including modern kitchen solutions, furniture, doors, software, home automation systems, smart mirrors, curtains, boards, and interior design services. For entrepreneurs, craftsmen, designers, and students in the furniture industry, the fair also offers demonstrations of modern tools, equipment, and machinery.
The exhibition will remain open to visitors from 10:30am to 8pm daily. Entry is free for all, with special discounts and attractive offers available to visitors.
