Eastern University organises Green Journalism workshop
Along with the theme of "Citizen Journalism for Sustainability and Development", Eastern University Journalist Forum (EUJF) organised an online workshop on "Green Journalism" jointly with environmental web portal bdenvironment.com on Friday.
In the workshop, Iftekhar Mahmud, special correspondent of Prothom Alo, Sheikh Rokon, secretary-general of Riverine People attended as resource person and the program was hosted by Md Ashraful Alam, founder of bdenvironment.com.
They trained students on how to write and present news on newspaper, magazine, television and radio about environmental issues for the country's sustainable development.
