Bangladesh secures double bronze at global AI competition

Showcasing its rising talent in technology, Bangladesh has achieved notable success by securing two bronze medals at the International Artificial Intelligence (AI) Olympiad, held in Beijing, China, with 86 teams from 73 countries participating.
Competing students included Md Riasat Islam, a 10th grader from RAJUK Uttara Model College, and Arefin Anwar, in 12th grade at St Joseph Higher Secondary School; both secured bronze medals. Additionally, Misbah Uddin Inan, a 12th-grade student from Notre Dame College, received an Honourable Mention.
The Olympiad took place from August 2 to 6.
