Coach Kanchon leads session on happiness at work at bpo summit

A vibrant and insightful session titled "Happiness at Work: Empowering BPO Employees and Freelancers to Thrive" was recently held at Senaprangan, Dhaka Cantonment, as part of the ongoing BPO Summit Bangladesh 2025.

Led by renowned motivational speaker Coach Kanchon, the session drew a full audience of BPO professionals and freelancers eager to explore strategies for mental well-being and productivity in high-pressure work environments. The talk highlighted how emotional resilience and happiness can serve as key drivers of performance and long-term industry success.

Addressing common challenges such as burnout, long working hours, and work-life imbalance, Coach Kanchon shared mindfulness techniques, gratitude exercises, and team-building strategies designed to boost morale and motivation. Participants were encouraged to reconnect with their sense of purpose and take pride in their contribution to Bangladesh's growing BPO and freelancing sectors.

The session underscored that mental well-being is not a luxury but a necessary investment in sustainable business growth.

The event was part of the broader BPO Summit Bangladesh 2025, jointly organised by the Bangladesh Association of Contact Centre and Outsourcing (BACCO), the ICT Business Promotion Council (IBPC), and the Department of Information and Communication Technology (DoICT). The summit focuses on enhancing skills, promoting digital entrepreneurship, and fostering a healthier work culture in Bangladesh's outsourcing industry.
