Under the directive of BNP's acting Chairman Tarique Rahman, the party's youth wings have jointly adopted an integrated and dynamic programme by reorganising the country's ten organisational divisions into four larger regions.

The initiative aims to empower youth, encourage their participation in state policymaking, foster creativity, and build a realistic model of inclusive development at the grassroots level, said Jubo Dal President Abdul Monayem Munna.

Jubo Dal President Abdul Monayem Munna announced these programmes at a press conference jointly organised by the Jatiyatabadi Jubo Dal, Swechchhasebak Dal and Chhatra Dal at the BNP central office in Nayapaltan in the capital today (28 April).

As part of this effort, a two-day programme will be organised in each newly formed region.

On the first day, a seminar titled "Youth Vision for the Future, Future of Bangladesh" will be held. Rising above political affiliations, young representatives from various sectors, students, emerging thinkers, young speakers, and entrepreneurs committed to democracy will participate.

The discussions will focus on employment, education, healthcare, agriculture, environment, urbanisation, technology, political rights, and building a modern, humane, and safe Bangladesh through youth empowerment.

The discussions will be guided by the 31-point framework announced by BNP and its allied organisations, along with the directives and political philosophy of acting Chairman Tarique Rahman.

On the second day, a mass rally titled "Assembly for the Establishment of Youth's Political Rights" will be held. The goal is to create a vibrant and energised environment showcasing the unity, determination, and aspirations of the country's youth.

The broader aim of this campaign is to ensure that fascism can never again rise in democratic Bangladesh, that the gross human rights violations of the past 16 years and the mass killings of July-August are swiftly brought to justice, and that the sovereign will and aspirations of the people are realised — ultimately leading to a society based on equality and justice where every citizen has the opportunity for a better future.
