Gold price hits historic high of Tk99,144 per bhori

The Bangladesh Jeweller's Association (BAJUS) has raised the price of gold by Tk2,728 to Tk99,144 per bhori.
The new price has been set in view of the increase in the price of gold in the local market, the association said in a statement on Saturday (1 April).
It also said that this new price will be implemented from Sunday (2 April).
