Walton launches nationwide celebrations for Digital Campaign Season-22 in Khulna

Walton, the country's leading electronics brand, launched a colourful rally in Khulna as part of its 'Abaro Millionaire' initiative under Digital Campaign Season-22 to mark the Eid festivities.

Simultaneous rallies and free medical camps were held across more than 700 Walton Plaza outlets nationwide.

The celebratory rally began on Thursday morning at the Grand Placid Hotel in Khulna. Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC's Managing Director, SM Mahbubul Alam, inaugurated the campaign and the medical camps virtually. Walton Plaza's Managing Director, Mohammad Raihan, was also present online.
The rally passed through the city's Shibbari Mor and concluded at the Grand Placid Hotel. It featured national cricket team all-rounder Mehidy Hasan Miraz, renowned film actor Amin Khan, Walton's Head of Distributor Sales Md Firoz Alam, over 50 budding cricketers, Chief Business Officers of various Walton product lines, and more than 300 dealers, plaza managers, and sales representatives from the Khulna zone.

At the inaugural ceremony, S M Mahbubul Alam said, "Eid is a time for joy and celebration, and we want to extend that happiness to our customers. Through this digital campaign, we are offering opportunities to become millionaires and win other attractive prizes. Walton has already brought joy and fortune into the lives of many customers, with several becoming millionaires and many others winning significant prizes by purchasing Walton products."
He further noted that over 700 Walton Plazas organised free medical camps, where specialist doctors provided day-long medical consultations and medicines at no cost. He highlighted Walton's ongoing commitment to customer care through initiatives such as the 'Instalment Buyer Protection Policy', reflecting the company's sense of responsibility and care for its customers.

After the rally, Mehidy Hasan Miraz emphasised the importance of supporting locally manufactured products to drive national progress. "When we buy Bangladeshi, we strengthen our economy. Walton is a symbol of our national pride, and its products are now being exported to numerous countries worldwide," he said.

As part of Digital Campaign Season-22, customers purchasing refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, or BLDC ceiling fans from any Walton Plaza or authorised distributor showroom have the chance to win ৳1 million and other guaranteed prizes, including cash vouchers worth several lakhs. For Eid, Walton has also launched seven new models of refrigerators and freezers equipped with Iot and AI-based innovative technologies.
