Tropical Homes signs Rafiq Azam for Bashundhara residential project

Tropical Homes Ltd has engaged renowned Bangladeshi architect Md Rafiq Azam for its premium Bashundhara residential project.

Azam will shape the 51-katha project, named Tropical Lakefront Residence, under his internationally acclaimed architectural vision. His designs, which the world celebrates for their integration of nature, light, and water, express a philosophy that aligns with Tropical Homes' commitment to creating sustainable, elegant, and harmonious living spaces.

After signing, Azam and his team from Shatotto visited the Lakefront Residence site to study the landscape and environment. The interactive session enabled him to share initial design concepts with landowners and the Tropical Homes management team, and laid the groundwork for a project fueled by both creativity and practical experience.

"This collaboration is a milestone for Tropical Homes as we work to introduce a landmark residential development that will redefine modern urban living in Dhaka," the company said in a statement.
