Suzuki opens Bangladesh’s largest motorcycle service arena
Suzuki Bangladesh has achieved a major milestone with the grand opening of its new service arena — the largest motorcycle service facility in Bangladesh and the largest within Suzuki's global network.
The landmark launch marks a significant step in redefining customer experience and service excellence in the country's two-wheeler industry.
Spanning 22,000 square feet, the world-class facility brings together Suzuki's globally recognised 5S concept — Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Safety/Riding School, and Skill/Technician Training — under one roof. The integrated centre ensures riders can access a complete ecosystem, from purchasing and maintaining their motorcycles to improving riding skills and receiving technical training.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Imran Zaman Khan, Divisional Director, Automobile Division 3, and Quazi Ashiq Ur-Rahman, Executive Director, Automobile Division 3, along with senior officials and distinguished guests.
"We are proud to introduce a facility that not only raises the benchmark for service quality in Bangladesh but also contributes to developing skilled riders and technicians," said Imran Zaman Khan. "This is an important step in shaping the future of mobility and ensuring world-class service for our customers."
Echoing the sentiment, Quazi Ashiq Ur-Rahman added,"This is the largest 5S centre in Suzuki's global network, reflecting our deep commitment to customer convenience, safety, and innovation. With 22,000 square feet of service space, 32 ramps for faster delivery, and full integration of service, spares, and training — we are setting a new industry standard while carrying forward Suzuki's legacy of excellence."
Located at 67, Shahid Aziz Hall Road, Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka, the new service arena is set to become a hub for innovation, safety, and customer trust — shaping the future of motorcycling in Bangladesh.
As part of the launch campaign, Suzuki Bangladesh is offering 25% discounts on service charges and Ecstar lubricants from 1–15 November 2025 (terms and conditions apply). The offer aims to enhance service engagement while providing added value and a superior customer experience.
