Sheltech marks 38th anniversary with month-long fair
Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd. has marked its 38th anniversary with the launch of a month-long fair, running from 1 April to 30 April 2026.
The inauguration ceremony took place on Wednesday at Sheltech Tower, 60 Sheikh Russel Square, West Panthapath, attended by the company's management and senior officials.
The fair will be held concurrently at Sheltech's Dhaka corporate office, Tejgaon sales office, Jolshiri, and Chattogram office, remaining open daily from 10am to 6pm, including Fridays.

Visitors can explore a portfolio of 77 projects, comprising over 450 residential and commercial spaces. Tailored for contemporary living and investment, Sheltech's properties are situated in prime locations including Gulshan, Banani, Dhanmondi, Baridhara DOHS, Joar Shahara, Bashundhara, New Eskaton, Uttara, Jolshiri Abashon, and Chattogram's South Khulshi and Panchlaish R/A.
A special offer of up to Tk25 lakh is available on property bookings, with complimentary kitchen cabinetry and interior design solutions for buyers.
Additionally, Sheltech has introduced 'Sheltech Service Month 2026', running throughout April. Under this initiative, apartment and commercial space owners of projects delivered from 1988 to 2026 will receive complimentary maintenance services, including repairs and technical inspections.
The company stated that the initiative will now be organised annually.
