Savoy turns ice cream reviews into prize-winning content
Savoy Ice Cream has launched a new consumer engagement initiative, the "Savoy Review Pack", combining product sampling with social media-driven content creation and high-value rewards.
Under the campaign, Savoy is distributing an assorted box of seven ice cream variants, encouraging consumers to unbox, taste, rank and review the products on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. The initiative is designed to turn customer feedback into digital content, with participants invited to create and share reviews publicly.
As part of the campaign, the first 555 eligible participants will receive a Tk555 cashback coupon, powered by foodpanda. Beyond the cashback incentive, Savoy is offering major prizes for the top three content creators, selected based on content quality and engagement.
The prizes include an iPhone 17 Pro Max for first place, a DJI Mini 5 Pro with RC2 for second place, and a DJI Osmo Pocket 3 Creator Combo for third place.
The campaign runs from 7 January to 7 February 2026, giving participants a month to create and submit their content.
To participate, consumers must purchase the Savoy Review Pack exclusively from Pandamart, create content by unboxing and reviewing the ice cream variants, and post the content publicly on Facebook or Instagram using the hashtag #savoyreviewpack while tagging Savoy's official Facebook page. Participants are also required to scan the QR code inside the box and submit the participation form.
Rather than collecting conventional customer feedback, the campaign positions reviews as entertainment, encouraging consumers to express opinions creatively while engaging wider audiences online. By combining food content, user-generated reviews and competitive rewards, the initiative reflects a growing trend of brands leveraging social media storytelling to drive engagement.
