Robi, Rockstreamer launch Binge+ streaming platform
Rockstreamer Pvt. Ltd. and Robi Axiata PLC have partnered to launch Binge+, an over-the-top content aggregation platform for Robi and Airtel subscribers in Bangladesh.
Under the partnership, Rockstreamer is providing platform development and maintenance, content management, operations and growth services, according to a press release.
Binge+ offers live television, sports, films and on-demand content through the web, Android and iOS devices, smart TVs and Robi Axiata's self-care app.

The platform combines Robi Axiata's digital reach with Rockstreamer's streaming technology and is designed to serve users across multiple devices, the release said.
Rockstreamer also managed the streaming infrastructure, platform operations and digital engagement when Binge+ broadcast the FIFA World Cup 2026 live for Robi and Airtel subscribers.
The agreement establishes Rockstreamer Pvt. Ltd. as Robi Axiata's long-term technology and growth partner for Binge+.
Rockstreamer will support the platform's development through engineering, live-streaming operations, content management, platform optimisation and digital growth initiatives.

Md Showkat Kader Chowdhury, Head of Robi Marketing, said customers expected entertainment to be instantly available, personalised and accessible wherever they were.
"Binge+, built in partnership with Rockstreamer, brings premium content together on one seamless platform for Robi and Airtel customers," he said.
"This collaboration is an important step in expanding digital entertainment choices and creating lasting value for our customers," he added.
The companies said the partnership would support Binge+ in expanding its live events, on-demand content and other digital services.
