RFL approves dividend at 45th AGM
Rangpur Foundry Ltd (RFL) has approved a 23% dividend for shareholders for the 2024–25 financial year at its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on Wednesday through a digital platform.
The AGM was attended by Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, chairman of the company; Rathendra Nath Paul, managing director; directors Sabiha Amjad, Chowdhury Kamruzzaman, Abu Taher Chowdhury and Zakia Sultana (independent director); Uzma Chowdhury, director (finance); Choudhury Atiur Rasul, director (accounts); Shafiul Alam, acting chief financial officer; Muhammad Aminur Rahman FCS, company secretary; along with shareholders of the company.
During the meeting, shareholders expressed their appreciation for the company's performance over the years and offered suggestions for further improvement of business operations.
