Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel has introduced its newest culinary offering, the Zaika Signature À La Carte menu, presenting a refined gastronomic journey that celebrates the heritage, craft, and timeless artistry of Indian cuisine at Bahar Multicuisine Restaurant. Designed for diners seeking soulful comfort elevated with modern finesse, the menu blends regional traditions with contemporary interpretations.

Zaika pays tribute to cultural memory and age-old culinary craft, with each dish shaped by techniques and flavours passed down through generations.
