AB Bank welcomes 50 management trainee officers
AB Bank PLC has welcomed 50 newly appointed management trainee officers through an induction programme.
The recruits — 35 men and 15 women — were selected through a competitive recruitment process, according to a press release.
Professor Mustafizur Rahman, Distinguished Fellow at the Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD), attended the programme as chief guest.
Md Fazlur Rahman, FCA, Chairman of the Board of Directors of AB Bank, and Arif Hossain Khan, Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank, attended as guests of honour.
Reazul Islam, Managing Director (Acting); Mahadev Sarker Sumon, FCA, Additional Managing Director; Z M Babar Khan, Additional Managing Director; and Mohammad Nazrul Islam, Deputy Managing Director of AB Bank, addressed the event.
Members of the bank's Board of Directors and other senior officials were also present.
Speakers emphasised accountability, professionalism and sustained performance as essential to the officers' contribution to AB Bank's future growth.
