PU launches monthly Tahsan Khan future ready lecture series

The inaugural session of the "Future Ready with Tahsan Khan" lecture series was held yesterday at Presidency University, drawing a packed hall of students eager to strengthen their career preparedness and personal development skills.
The two-hour keynote session was delivered by Tahsan Khan, a renowned artist, educator, and corporate trainer, who captivated students with his insights on career planning, personal growth, and overcoming real-life challenges. Sharing practical tools for building confidence and navigating uncertainty, he urged students to set clear goals and pursue them with discipline and empathy.
Professor Dr Mohammad Anwarul Kabir, Principal Advisor of Presidency University, delivered the welcome remarks. He emphasised the importance of building a strong mindset among young learners to help them thrive in a rapidly changing world.
Also present at the event were Mr Mohammad Sakir Hossain, Registrar; Ms Afroza Helen, Director of Student Affairs & Career Services and Administration; along with deans, department heads, faculty members, and administrative officials. Hundreds of students from across departments attended the session.
This event marks the beginning of a new monthly lecture series, titled "Future Ready with Tahsan Khan," which will cover a wide range of themes relevant to today's students, from emotional intelligence and leadership to digital literacy and adaptability.
The initiative is part of the university's ongoing efforts to equip students with the knowledge, confidence, and strategic thinking needed to succeed in their academic and professional journeys.
