PriyoShop launches seven new distribution hubs in Narayanganj, Netrokona
PriyoShop, a B2B marketplace and smart distribution platform, has launched seven new distribution hubs in one month to expand access to essential consumer goods for retailers in Narayanganj and Netrokona districts.
The expansion includes a flagship hub in Sonargaon, Narayanganj, developed in partnership with Grameenphone, alongside six additional hubs in Netrokona Sadar, Mohanganj, Tarakanda, Kalmakanda, Madan, and Purbadhola. The new hubs aim to improve supply access for underserved retailers by delivering fast-moving consumer goods directly from leading brands.
The Sonargaon hub marks a strategic collaboration between PriyoShop and Grameenphone, combining digital commerce solutions with telecommunications infrastructure. Through the partnership, retailers operating across 32 delivery routes in Narayanganj will have access to improved connectivity, alongside FMCG products from more than 288 brands.
The Grameenphone-powered hub allows retailers to manage business operations through mobile devices, including placing orders via the PriyoShop app, accessing collateral-free credit, making digital payments, and receiving next-day delivery. The companies said the model is designed to support uninterrupted business operations and improve profit margins through direct brand sourcing.
In Netrokona, PriyoShop has launched six hubs covering 57 delivery routes, targeting areas with historically limited supplier access and infrastructure constraints. The hubs will provide a broad range of FMCG products, predictable delivery schedules, and transparent pricing, while also offering access to business training programmes for local retailers.
Commenting on the expansion, Asikul Alam Khan, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PriyoShop, said the partnership with Grameenphone would help retailers access critical digital services needed to scale their businesses. He said PriyoShop now serves nearly 200,000 active retailers nationwide, and aims to reach one million MSMEs, while maintaining operational profitability.
PriyoShop said its growth is supported by partnerships with leading consumer brands, contributing to efforts to bridge the MSME financing gap and strengthen sustainable livelihoods for small retailers throughout the country.
